Sam Tucker was admitted to law practice in June of 1971. After working for the Mississippi House of Representatives he moved his family to Ocean Springs in 1978. In 1995 the Tucker Legal Clinic was established. You may review Sam's resume' by clicking  "About Us".

What We Do

The Tucker Legal Clinic provides a broad range of legal services to individuals and small businesses. 

Clients are encouraged to bring any problem to the Legal Clinic. Often matters are not as legally complicated as they may first appear.

If your problem involves matters which may be handled more effectively by a specialist, association with or referral to another attorney is often arranged.

Initial Consultation: There is a never a charge to just come in and talk. Once we determine the attorney services which are needed in your case, a fee will be quoted.

There is no financial obligation until you have been advised of it and are in agreement as to amount and time of payment .

Divided payments may be accepted by agreement.
